HR Analytics: How to organize your data to create a powerful, systemic analytics system with the HR function.

The Big Data has now become a core-functionality needed within organizations.
The ability to monitor data and ultimately master their complexity is a skill which represents the very modern competitive advantage for most industries.
Measuring, monitoring, investigating and creating intelligence starting from data will also become more and more relevant in HR functions called to learn, establish and define their analytics to support the organization development and bring value added to the organization itself.
